Most of international student aren’t a bilingual and something like could add some difficulty between both of the interviewer and the interviewee. From that, it’s hard to gather information from international students. Another Challenge could they have during the interview who would ask questions that could offender the interviewee by mistake. If that happened, some of them will finish the interview with the interviewer as soon as possible. These challenges most of the interviewer could face it while interviewing a international students. However, the interview benefits are more than challenges.
