Guns control

Imagine that you are at a normal restaurant in the middle of a sunny day, eating a wonderful lunch. Then, the person who sits next to you starts eating his food with his shot-gun next to him. What your reaction will be?  Weapons are used for self-defense, but does everyone agree? The answer for this question is very complicated. Some people think that they live in a world full of dangers and they have to be strong enough to help themselves. They believe that carrying a weapon is a good idea; however, how can they feel safe if everyone holds a gun? In other words, no one will be safe if all people carry guns. There are many kinds of weapons people can use as alternatives. Guns should not be used as a weapon in public for self-defense because guns are used to end lives, they raise crime levels, and therefore they should be against the law.
People do not have the right to have guns because guns can take the others’ lives. Some people think that sometimes they can use to kill anyone when they are being attacked. For example, in FEB-26-2012, a 17 yours old Trayvon Martin was killed by the neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman, 28, just north of Orlando. According to New York Times, Trayvon Martin was walking to the home of his father’s girlfriend from a convenience store in Sanford.” Mr. Zimmerman was patrolling his neighborhood in his sport utility vehicle, armed with a licensed, slim 9-millimeter handgun that he kept in a holster tucked in his waistband. Several break-ins had been reported in the gated community, called the Retreat at Twin Lakes, in recent weeks, and Mr. Zimmerman was especially alert. He spotted Trayvon in a gray sweatshirt, with the hood draped over his head. When the teen approached him from behind and asked him if he had a problem. Mr. Zimmerman said the two exchanged words before Trayvon punched him to the ground, then repeatedly slammed his head into the sidewalk in the moments leading up the shooting”(“ Trayvon martin case”, 2012). When the police came to the scene, he said that he was defending of himself when Trayvon start fighting with him. In that moment, Mr. Zimmerman shots Trayvon (“Trayvon martin case”, 2012). Mr. Zimmerman could have killed or been killed by someone stronger. Others agree with the bystanders; however, people can avoid killing if they use other kinds of weapons, which does not cost losing lives such as pepper spray or a Taser. These kinds of weapons can help innocents to protect themselves without killing others. Criminals can get hurt, but it is better than being killed. Non-killing weapons can help countries from losing many lives and they can reduce crime levels.
Although some people think they have the right to have guns in order to protect themselves, this raises the crime level in any country. Some people think that they can avoid crime levels from being increased by making anyone who wants to have a gun get a license first. These licenses can help the government to know what kinds of guns people have, and they can find criminals in a very short time. However, others believe that it is not necessary to have licenses in order to get guns. People can get guns without permission in certain ways and of the most common places of selling illegal weapons is Black Market. So, how can the system find the criminal if he does not have a licenses? In other words, it is easy for anyone to have a gun. According to The FBI's Uniform Crime Reports, they have listed 10,224 homicides that involved a gun in 2009. According to JACOBSON L. in MSNBC interview,” when we look at the number of murders in the United States, 2009, we had 9,500 people murdered. When we look aroun the world, we see large companies - large countries, the U.K., Germany, Japan had 200 or less killed in a year”( JACOBSON, 2011, 9). Counties can control the crime level by stopping illegal importing of firearms such as machine-guns, shot-guns, and hand-guns and exchange them with alternative weapons. If governments limited guns use to several departments such as police departments, then there will be no more killing and the crime level will decrease until it disappears from the country with some help from the law.
Regarding murder, law is very complex. Consequently, guns should be against the law. Does that make sense to allow people carrying guns, but not allowed to kill anyone? On the other hand, people are allowed to kill anyone only in one situation which is self-defiance. Some people think that anyone who wants to have a gun is only for self-defiance, but not for killing. However, others believe that no one will be safe if everyone has a gun, because guns make crimes easier. Also, it is very dangerous to have a gun in anyone’s house because sometimes some of them cannot control themselves when they reach the red line (the highest level of anger). So, how can the government allow them to have guns without any knowing that they will use it in wrong ways? For example, the Trayvon Martin case when the security shot the young boy and ended by the death for the boy. Why did the security shoot that boy, is it because he lives in a dangerous neighborhood? Who knows? In the law’s eyes, he shot him to defend himself, but the neighborhood thinks he is a murderer because the boy does not have any kinds of weapons. So, whatever the law said, the security should be counted as a murderer in front of people. The law helps all people, but no one is perfect.
Weapons are very dangerous and helpful in the same time. Some people use them for self-deference and sometime for hunting. However, there are also some people who use guns to kill others for selfish: money, authority, and power. The law cannot stop people from using guns in wrong way, but it can help avoid guns use.
People do not have the right to have guns because guns can take the others’ lives, Although some people think they have the right to have guns in order to protect themselves, this raises the crime level in any country, Therefore, guns should be against the law. For example, in the movie Lincoln Lawyer, the lawyer was using the law for selfish reasons until he realize that he is dealing with serial-killer. In the last scene, the lawyer told his driver to bring him a gun, but he could not use it to kill the serial-killer because he works for him. In the end, he did not kill the serial-killer, but he cloud use the law to do that for him. That mean, to make people use weapons in the right way, we should use not only the government helps, but also the law to avoid losing the others life.

Challenges and benefits of interviewing international students

The world became smaller and more connected every year. We discover a thousand things in this world which interesting to learn about such as Clusters, language, customs, and food. From that, many people travel around the world to see and learn more about these things. Most of them are going on business and others for studying. However, one of the effective ways which helps them to build their background about the world is interviewing. There are many Challenges and benefits of interviewing international students, but most of them are benefits.

There are several challenges of interviewing international students. The biggest challenge is find more than one international student who are living in the same country. Most of international student aren’t a bilingual and something like could add some difficulty between both of the interviewer and the interviewee. From that, it’s hard to gather information from international students. Another Challenge could they have during the interview who would ask questions that could offender the interviewee by mistake. If that happened, some of them will finish the interview with the interviewer as soon as possible. These challenges most of the interviewer could face it while interviewing a international students. However, the interview benefits are more than challenges.

There are some challenges that could affect the interview; however, there are many benefits from interviewing international students. Interview can let share your information with others and see what they know about the country of visit, also learning a new things about their country.
